Protruding upper front teeth may be caused by the growth in length of the bottom jaw lagging behind that of the upper jaw.

To stimulate more forward growth in length of the bottom jaw magnoglides maybe bonded to the upper and lower back teeth for a period of 9-12 months prior to the placement of upper and lower fixed braces.
