NO REFERRAL IS REQUIRED
We will arrange for you to have two x-rays taken downstairs at I-MED
Radiology prior to the consultation. No charge will be incurred for these films as they are bulk billed to Medicare.
Confirmation of your consultation appointment along with our new patient form will be emailed to you. Alternative, you can simply submit the online form or print out the form to complete.
We request you to submit the online form prior to your consultation or fill in the patient form and bring them to your consultation appointment.

First Appointment
Please bring your x-ray and new patient form on the day of your appointment.
During the appointment Dr McKenzie will discuss your concerns about your teeth and what you would like to achieve with orthodontic treatment.
Dr McKenzie will complete a full examination and then discuss your treatment options with you.
In most cases you will receive advice straight away about what needs to be done and on the cost of the procedure. Orthodontic payment contracts are available over the treatment duration if required.
Sometimes during the appointment it maybe necessary to take further records (photos and a digital scan of your teeth) so Dr McKenzie can assess your case more fully.
Another appointment is then scheduled 2-3 weeks later so Dr McKenzie can discuss your treatment options.

Once you book an appointment to start treatment your orthodontic payment contract will be emailed directly to you.
