I have been working at Smiles Orthodontic Practice since 2012 as a practice manager / orthodontic assistant and I have completed Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
As a practice manager with Tanya at Smiles, we ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice. We both assist Dr. Emma in the surgery and we both scan our patients’ teeth using our 3D scanner. Tanya and I also manage reception; organizing appointments, answering telephone enquiries and explaining treatment options on consultation appointments.
I am originally from Hong Kong and I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Tagalog. I have three beautiful children and a dog which keep me busy.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling and camping and spending time with family and friends.
