Jaw Surgery

Occasionally adults may require orthodontics (upper and lower fixed braces or upper and lower Invisalign) in combination with a surgical procedure to the jaws in order to correct a discrepancy in length or width between them to improve both facial aesthetics and function.

Below are before and after photos of a patient who had upper and lower braces and surgery to both the top and bottom jaws.
